Subjects of Interest
Hello all,
I am Pallavi Jain doing MBA from PCTE.Regarding my subjects of interest I like HR in which we are being told how to manage people well in an organization. Human resource is considered as an assest and is the main part of an organization. If one can manage its people well and his work accomplished from them , keeping in mind their interests he is successful. So this subject were given glimpse of all this.
