KALA MANDIR

Interviewed Mr.Aman Arora, owner of Kala Mandir having turnover around 14 crores. He established his business 15 years ago. Their first showroom was at Chaura Bazar. His father established that showroom. They deal in sarees, suits, gents garments, perfumes, leather items etc. They deal in brands like KalaMandir, KalaPlus ,Givo. They recruit the salesman according to their experience and their qualification doesn't matter to them. They themselves work to motivate their employees. They have chosen Ludhiana for their showroom as it was their birth place. Moreover people of Ludhiana had attracted them. According to them they have no competetiors. They sometime have some problems with suppliers.Their strength is their quality standards. They are neither in exports nor in manufacturing. They have another branch in Jalandhar and are well satisfied with their business.
